Higher Education ITSM Maturity Day is an invite-only half-day forum for Ontario Higher Education CIOs and IT Directors. Through peer-led sessions and real Ontario institution case studies, the event explores the shift from reactive IT support to strategic campus partner. Sessions cover ITIL Version 5 AI-native concepts, strategic platform governance, and continual service improvement, with no vendor pitches and intentionally limited seats to keep the discussion candid.
